Schedule
Our Winter/Spring 2012 Season (17 weeks):
Runs from Jan. 16th to Jun. 4th
We meet every Monday (except as shown in the Season Schedule Chart below)
in the Fairfield Gonzales Community Association building at
1330 Farifield (near Moss)
You are welcome to register for either the Child & Adult sessions (upstairs ~ 4:00 to 5:00) or the Teen & Adult sessions (downstairs ~ 7:00 to 8:30) or both.
You are invited to a fREE trial session!
Our primary new singers intake period is the first two weeks of each season but new singers welcome any time.
Feel free to come and try a FREE "no-audition session" any Monday when our singing community is in season to experience what we do and to see if it is a good fit for you. If it isn't a fit your trial session will be free. If you like it you will be welcome to join. Your registration fees will be pro-rated based on how many sessions there are from the second time you come to the end of the season.
To give us an idea of how many new singers to expect at any session an RSVP would be appreciated (but not required)

Fees
If you are a returnee, or a new person who is confident of joining, you can minimize disruptions and maximize singing at the first session you come to, by:
using the chart below to calculate your fees in advance and bringing your payment(s) to your first session. (there will also be a copy of the chart at all singing sessions)
~ and by ~
printing and filling out a copy of our Registration Form to bring with your payment. Returnees with no changes in their information can simply enter their names and write "No Changes" instead of filling in the rest. (please fill out one form for each person)

(1) Children under 12 are welcome at Teen & Adult sessions if they are capable of focusing on harmony singing or if they can be occupied quietly with activities of their own so as not to disrupt those who are focused on it. |

TO CALCULATE SEASONAL FEES FOR A FAMILY GROUP
Any group of 3 or more fee paying registrants related by birth or by choice is eligible to register as a “Family Group”
We encourage you and any group of people that you are connected to in either of these ways to become
even more connected by creating harmony with each other in our community of singers!
Step 1
Add the seasonal fees calculated above for each individual in the family group together
Step 2
Take a 15% Family Group Discount by multiplying the total from Step 1 by .85
Step 3
Turn in your payment at choir along with a registration form

Until further notice please make all cheques payable to:

Payment plans may be made with a series of post-dated cheques or a list of cash payment dates with the last payment due no later than Nov 15/11
Scholarships, if even the discounted “Senior/Unwaged” fee with payments is too much of a financial challenge we ask you to let us know what portion of the fees you can pay based on your knowledge of your own finances while keeping in mind that payment plans are possible. If you truly cannot pay anything at all we will give you a full scholarship. Our bottom line is, no one misses singing because of money.
